How do I delete a device?
You can delete a device in cThings Cloud via the device page. You must first Factory Reset the device to delete all data.
To factory reset and delete a device, you must have the Device Administrator role with the necessary permissions.
Navigate to the device page
From the Device menu (top-right corner) click Factory Reset
Enter the device serial and click Factory Reset Device
Factory resetting a device can take some time depending on how much data is stored
From the Device menu click Delete
Enter the device serial and click Delete Device
